Push Back Against Biden’s Attempt to Redefine What it Means to be a Man or a Woman – Deadline to file a Comment Sept. 12, 2022

The Biden Administration is trying to redefine what it means to be a man or a woman.

YOU CAN HELP DEFEAT THIS!

Yes, you read that right. The Tyrant Biden is using the powers of his office to impose federal rules through the U.S. Department of Education under Title 9 to redefine male and female so men who SAY they are women can participate in women’s sports.

BUT … federal law requires the government to allow a period of public comment, so we can push back against this tyranny. The message below from Heritage Action for America explains how we can submit comments that the law requires the agency to review.

We have already forced the Biden Administrative State to rescind two of its proposed rules, including one from a year ago that forced the Biden Administration to withdraw the rule to bribe local school districts to teach Critical Race Theory. Many of you submitted comments opposing that rule.

THE TIME HAS COME! The Biden administration has released their radical Title IX rule change; redefining “sex” to mean nothing more than a whim.

The rule change literally redefines what it means to be a man or woman.  Biden’s new rule changes the definition of “sex” in law to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”

Title IX has prohibited sex discrimination in any educational program or activity receiving federal funding for the past 50 years. This federal protection has been instrumental for women in all fields school-related.

If Biden gets his way, this redefinition will alter the enforcement of Title IX across the country. The results will be:

  • Women will be deprived of privacy and safety.
  • Opens single-sex spaces like bathrooms, locker rooms, and dorm rooms to anyone who identifies as a woman.
  • Opens activities like women’s sports to men who identify as “women.”
  • Makes this redefinition federally enforceable in every school that accepts federal dollars, from kindergarten to college.

 

The rule change will also deprive those accused of sexual assault and/or harassment on school campuses of their right to due process, rendering  the accused guilty until proven innocent.

This affects EVERYONE, more than you may realize. But we don’t have to accept it. YOU can join the thousands fighting back by submitting a public comment.

With enough public opposition, the Biden admin may be forced to abandon this rule change. The administration has already withdrawn two regulations following public outcry such as this.

Furthermore, any comments become part of the public record and may aid in legal challenges to the rule change.

  2. Fill out the required information on the form and submit.
  3. Add 3-5 sentences of your own thoughts to the pre-written comment (The Biden administration is required to respond individually to each unique comment. Personal stories are great. If you or anyone in your family is a female athlete, be sure to share how this will impact you.)
  4. Click submit!

That’s it! All it takes is 5 minutes. Don’t wait!

Remember, the only guaranteed way this change happens is if we do nothing.
